We had an absolutely terrible experience this week...

We had an absolutely terrible experience this weekend at the Cube. This was our first and last time going to this place. We get there about 20 minutes after opening and the line for tickets was at least 20 people deep and moving slowly because there was only ONE person selling tickets! How do you only staff one person on a weekend when everyone is going to be bringing their kids? Then we get inside and the current sponsored exhibit is the Doc McStuffin's one and the whole thing was a zoo. My poor kids couldn't even do anything in there it was such a mess. We tried to stay positive on moved onto other exhibits. But we kept having disappointment after disappointment from non-working touch screens, to missing items in exhibits, to both the Boeing and Bubbles be closed on a weekend. One of my daughters broke down crying she was so frustrated with it all! And the place was so out-dated and dirty! By far the worst the experience we have ever had taking out kids any where specifically designed for them!
