If i could I would give no stars. Jenn is a penny pushing rip off. They quote you a price mine was 1100 You take your auto there. They keep your auto for over three weeks then tell you that there is more work that needs to be done and they can't do the work unless the other work was done now my bill is 2200 wow pretty big increase. So your stuck paying for work that you didnt even come in for. Then you get there and then im charged even more. I kept all my messages from Jen the penny pushing manager and i wrote to corporate about how she is running the place over there. Then to top it all off I drive my auto home and now it says check engine after $2200 of work? So i take my auto back up there and they tell me there is nothing they can do it was cleared when you left and we cant fix it again for almost another month. Took my auto to Mark Chevrolet they had it fixed the same day and apologized for how we were serviced at Taylor Chevrolet. I hope you don't waste your money there. Go where they actually provide accurate service with no hidding up charges I have posted this on all social media outlets because I am blown away at the fact that this Jen lady can keep screwing people over. I have spoke to a few people that was provided the same service. Disgusting.
