I had several issues at this hotel. Let me start with I am a Hilton Diamond member and have been since 2011. Staying in hotels is something I do. When I walked up to the hotel the bellman told me that I could bring in my own bags. After standing in shock and awe for several minutes another bellman helped us. Then at check in I was told that the room I specifically called for three hours prior was not ready when I was told on the phone it was. The hotel is in a prime location but old and dated. The staff did not leave me with a feeling that this is truly a high end hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for quality. If you're looking for a cheap rate in San Francisco this is your hotel.
