Products I think are great, but the technical support is the WORST! I called today to ask for technical support and their support person named George was the most obnoxious support I have ever received (I ended out hanging up.) When you call for technical support at any company, you are obviously looking to receive assistance on their product (or I obviously wouldn't be calling.) We'll, George was so obnoxious that it ruined my day, and I felt I owe everyone a warning so you are prepared! I asked George about a golf cart charger, first off he really didn't sound like he wanted to give "technical support" then when I asked him, if he could hold for a second while I was on the phone so I can run into my garage (from the other room) to troubleshoot the problem his exact response was "I don't have all day" Please, I understand you may not have all day, but I was looking for two minutes of his time, and the response was so gross, I ended out hanging up. Poor tasteless service! I have only left maybe 3-4 negative feed backs in the last 4-5 years, and this person definitely deserved one, as he was unhelpful and here I am supporting his paycheck with me buying/owning one of Lester Electrical products! Shame on this company for terrible service! I didn't get my charger fixed, and I ended out buying a new competitors charger. George, you stink and I hope this helps ruin your day as you did mine!
