Telkom refuses to take ownership of the mess that is Finrite. They debit your account with ease and do provide a service. I am paying for a phone I dont have and Finrite cannot fix phone. Its almost the second the month and I don't have a phone. Besides that the shop has great service. Do not accept insurance from Telkom. You will regret it. Check Hello Peter.
