Ate here during a "supper club night". This was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had the pleasure to enjoy. Dustin and crew really did an excellent job of creating a personal dinner party atmosphere. The food was fabulous with the gumbo and almond crusted trout as the first and second plates absolutely stealing the show. The next two plates were delicious but suffered by comparison. I left wanting a huge bowl of gumbo to take home. They all spent time chatting with us before we left and were eager to share their passion for food with us. Sadly, being in Seattle we can't try this place ecery other week. I would certainly do that if possible. However, this place is worth a plane ticket just to fly in for the experience here and there.
