Review of Graced Kennels

The first time I took my dog there it was for the Thanksgiving weekend and it was raining and suppose to rain the next few days so I was surprised to see they had set up kennels outside but I figure that they wouldn't let my dog stay wet and stay in the cold the whole time. However, when I picked up my dog he had a runny nose and was coughing like he had a hair ball in his throat. A few days later we received a call from them informing us that there was a dog that contracted kennel cough during the same time my dog was there they didn't offer to pay for our dog to go to the vet or offer any assistance to ensure our dog was okay. Thankfully our dog was okay and it was only a scare. We recently planned to get away for the weekend and because it was going to be short noticed thing and they already had the shot record for our one of our dogs ( we adopted a new dog since the first time we used them) we decided to give them another chance. I get there to check in my dogs and the receptionist tells me that the new dog is missing a shot so I try to see if my vet can give the shot to the new dog before we need to leave and ask if I get the shot if they will let her stay. The receptionist says no, so I remind him about what happened last time and how I'm giving them another chance and how it's disappointing that they are unable to work with me. The receptionist at that point starts arguing with me that its not their fault without any sympathy for my predicament. I guess it serves me right for trying to give them another chance. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone as its obvious that they don't care about dogs or people.
