Unacceptable service, unprofessional representativ...

Unacceptable service, unprofessional representatives and business processes, uncaring, manipulative, and much more, I hope your salaries help you sleep at night while knowing how you can easily disregard the traumatic experience an entire family has to go through while you take your time seemingly trying to find a way out of the pain your client has caused. My wife, 14 MONTH old daughter, 6 year old daughter, and 11 year old son were involved in an accident in which an impatient semi driver "failed to yield at a left turn", per the semi drivers AT FAULT TICKET, turning into and crushing in the rear driver side passenger door taking off the back end of the small personal car sending them fish tailing off the side of the road 3 weeks ago and ARA still has yet to admit liability and provide the care, service and consideration you would expect from a supposed Top rate insurance company whom in our experience acts like a cut rate insurer. It is difficult to get the claim representative to answer the phone and better yet return a call from ourselfs and our progressive insurance company which has forcefully made myself hire an attorney to handle the matter whom also finds it difficult to work with ARA. We have injuries, a car that is not driveable with no rental car being offered even though we have work 23 miles from home, school's we have to drive our children to, daycares, and now doctor appointments on top of our regular necissities. We asked for none of this, and yet we get no help from ARA. I recently started a job I was excited about and is/was a life changing opportunity which I now risk losing due to the time I have had to take off trying to take care of my family as well as health issues from the stress this has added to my life. I am 30 years old and have never had any health issues until now, later that evening of the wreck I started to get a pain in my upper left abdomen and after 10 days of pain my boss had said he wouldnt let me work the following day unless I was seen by a doctor so I checked into the hospital leaving with a diagnosis of a stomach ulcer created from stress. Thanks for everything ARA. If you are ever involved in an accident or looking for a job, I hope, from the bottom of my heart, you will not be dealing with this company. I can continue with this ramble however I feel I have said enough and dislike the fact that I even had to take the time to type this negative review but it must be known to others in hopes for change. Just know I will let this experience be known all throughout social media and I honestly do hope some serious changes are made within so no one has to go through what we are currently. Take care.
