Its okay. I always feel like I am bothering them when I call. For Example, I called last week to have my vaccine record faxed over so I could board my dogs. The front desk person responded with "yeah, I guess I can do that." She sounded very put out that I asked her to do work.

We just moved over to the East Side so we are going to keep looking for other places. I miss my old vet, Sullivan's in Johnston. They were incredible there.
