They ve been our property management company for all of one month and we are already having problems. My kitchen sink leaks, as does my dishwasher. Let the landlord know and they ignored it. Two weeks after I told the landlord about this problem, some lady from Bluestar is knocking on my door letting me know that they re taking over as property management and to call them directly with any issues. Never got any warning about it from the landlord/owner. I called the maintenance director, Lupe, on her line and left a voicemail about my sink and dishwasher, no call back. Called the maintenance request line a week later and put in a request for my sink to be fixed. 3 weeks go by, nothing. Not a word from anyone. Called yesterday to request maintenance again and the woman I spoke to told me that on her end it said that the previous maintenance request had been completed. ABSOLUTELY FALSE. She placed another request, no one showed up yesterday, and no one is here today, and I bet no one will show up tomorrow either.

UPDATE: Maintenance manager is rude and assumed we don t pay for water since we live in an apartment after one of their contractors used my spigot without permission. Her exact words were you live in an apartment. You don t pay water. So the water bill that s IN MY NAME means I don t pay water, right? Still have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this and I ve requested for them to contact me about it 3 or 4 times.
