I have been a tenant with Wakefield & District Housing for over 2 years now and I must say they are an average company. The rent is affordable and the properties are decent, but the customer service could be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response to maintenance requests. Overall, it's an okay experience but not exceptional.
