I have been with USAA almost 30 years. They have seen me through deployments, auto insurance claims, home owner claim, provided investment advice, helped with notary service, transferred funds internationally, all without issue or problem. I see the negative reviews from people who have been with them for many years, there is one problem then all of a sudden USAA is a terrible bank. There is NO better bank if you are deployed.
