Very unprofessional. They used to be effective, but now they talk over the phone with subscribers, they are not responsive, they don't inform, they are extremely unfriendly. Who would want such a supplier? I have stopped working with them, I am aware of the importance of the relationship and I will find a supplier with a heart and attitude. I do not recommend it!
