I never take online reviews very seriously because I always feel disgruntled or unhappy customers are the ones who mostly post. But all of the bad reviews I have read are absolutely true. I've been coming to Santa Monica BMW with no real issues in the past, but I always feel like I leave paying for unnecessary service. I usually had Chris Meyers help me and this time I specifically asked for a different advisor. They scheduled me with Bill Evans and when I got there Bill tried to pawn me off to Chris again. I really didn't like that and then he quoted me a price for the service and it was literally double what other dealerships charge. I always believe in going to the dealership, but Santa Monica BMW by far has the worst customer service and prices for service.
