Everytime you have an issue you better clear your calendar or just shut down because it'll take 8 hours just to get someone on the phone. Then when the rep proves to be incompetent you'll spend another five hours on hold...or until the apocalypse...whichever comes first...most likely the apocalypse.
Side note: any company that needs to get employees to give a 5 star review just to have a 3 star rating is in need of serious evaluation and management...I would avoid them at all cost if at all possible. If not and you're already a customer...then may god have mercy on your soul.
