Whatever I order, it's a game of chance! The campsite where I have my primary residence has a place plan and should be familiar to the drivers unless they change constantly. Despite my location number, no effort is made to find my house. It usually takes weeks for some messenger to get it right, or it goes back to the sender. The attached photos document the storage location "on the doorstep", freely accessible for everyone and not in agreement with the site management. Nevertheless, the driver simply left it there without informing me! In addition, one of the packages was very damaged.

For me, DPD is a disaster. I'm constantly experiencing unmotivated drivers who don't speak a word of German and I'm always annoyed.
