I find that it takes an enormous amount of time to manage requests. There are always inconsistencies, and we, the customers, keep sending documents.
However, the advisers are very pleasant on the phone. There is nothing to criticize on this point there.
But it would be much more qualitative if the follow-up of files was similar.
