We attended my nieces wedding last weekend the hotel was perfect the rooms where great spacious & very clean nice & warm I want to take this time also to say the staff where excellent excellent my mum was taken ill & need to go to hospital in the early ours of saturday morning Paul the night staff went above & beyond his duty he called the ambulance & whilst we was waiting he'd come up to the room to see if mum was alright & asked if we needed anything he done this a few time till the paramedics turned up he was very kind & caring to us all as a family he went above & beyond his duty at a time when it was stressful in the time mum was at the hospital he kept asking how she was all the day staff was asking if there was anything they could do nothing was to much for them they made some food up for when our parents got back as they missed breakfast they was all definitely above d beyond I we as a family would like to say a very big thank you to Paul & all the staff & we will Be recommending the hotel to everyone we no thank you all once again from the bottom of our hearts & thank you to the paramedics aswell the hospital aswell excellent service all round
