I'hv seen an ad on naukri dot com and went in for an interview. There are 4 level of interview and it finished within 5 hours. I was told that I was selected and they gave a date to come again for formalities. And after that I got the offer letter and joining date.

About working environment- you have to work for 5 days a week and weekends holiday( can be rotational) , office work is for 9 hours (8 hr work+ 1hr break), there is a cafeteria the prices are kinda high but coffee and tea is free. Another best part is that the company provides free transport for upto 30km both up&down.
Now about work pressure- at the point of this review iam still in training process so I can't really say anything. Will soon update.

SALARY-
Before choosing this company learn that this is a BPO, so don't expect much. The salary is pretty much equal with other BPO companies like Genpact. Freshers will be paid a basic pay i.e. 12k. Even if you come with good experience you would be paid no more than 18k- 20k.

So if you are a graduate or have backlogs this is the best company to start and also to learn about work, corporate culture and getting some experience. I hope this review will help someone. Thank you.
