There are some good and bad here.

There are some good and bad here.
Let s talk about the good- the rooms are clean and the staff has been friendly. This hotel is conveniently located less than a mile from SeaWorld and has a free shuttle to the park and back.
The gyms is very nice.
The bad- everything costs you extra! Extra for things that are free at other hotels, such as- WiFi- extra $$. Breakfast- extra $$.
The pool is not clean. They have such a nice outdoor area, but the pool water was cloudy in all sections.
It was also disappointing that we could not use any of the tables or games that were outdoors because a cooperation had reserved them.
Let s talk about the restaurant inside the Hilton- we went down on our first night and the staff was really friendly- but not very attentive. We ordered food, our street tacos came out cold, but the pizza was awesome and they have a special on pizza for the first 3 days of the week, so it was $12 for a 16 inch one topping and it was very good. However, we all needed refills before our food came out and never got them and our waitress even asked my husband if he wanted another beer and he said yes he would like one, but she never came back with refills or a beer. The next time we saw her she brought the check and wished us a good night.
We also asked for soap once (we stayed for several days) and asked if there were plates and silverware and were told to come get them .
It s been an okay stay, but I m not sure we d stay again. For an upscale place with an upscale price- we haven t really gotten upscale service.
I had originally given more stars to this place, but on the last night of our stay, there were guests who were blaring music, yelling, screaming, and cussing at each other for several hours into the morning- They woke ever member of my family up. I could hear every word being screamed to each other and I have a young child- as I m sure many people do at this hotel due to the proximity of Seaworld. We called to report this to the front desk and they said thank you and they would take care of it. Whether or not they did, I don t know because they never actually stopped yelling or blaring their music. Since this continued- we decided to just go ahead and leave for home.
When checking out no one even asked how the stay was.
