I had horrible experiences with this company. They cold called me around the time one of my windows broke so I entertained their salesperson and gave them the job to replace one window. I told them it was important to me that it matched my other windows and I was reassured that it would; sadly, it did not. Furthermore, the window had scuff marks along the edge and I wasn t happy with this considering I shelled out good money for a brand new window. When I called them on it, several times, they just gave me lip service and never did anything about it. I even took photos and sent them to them and they did nothing. I had an appointment for someone to come out to my house to look at it and they never showed up. They ignored my complaints and didn t care. However, they had no problem calling me after that saying they had a sales rep in the area and wanted to know if I needed anymore work done. I took maybe a half dozen of these phone calls after my window install and had to explain to them each time that I would never patronize them again. They are very dishonorable and for as much as they need you for business, when you need them because something went wrong, they want nothing to do with you. I strongly advise you not to use this company for your home improvement project.
