Next, I report the WORST experience I have had as a client in my life. My apartment was delivered at the beginning of 2019 with some shortcomings in the furniture (kitchen and closets) and lack of finalizing the delivery of these. I moved to the department around May and tried actively and constantly to contact this company and receive the planned visit to fix the failures of their work.

Unfortunately I can say that from the beginning of the commercial relationship that we have experienced, it has been unprofessional, disorganized, and unfulfilled.
At the end of the year (October) when I sent a formal letter to the company, I had the response of coordinating a new visit to diagnose again the problems of the product delivered followed by another visit to fix them. In this process the problem was partially fixed, but in the action they broke the glass of one of the large doors of my closet. In November they promised to finally deliver the work, after canceling and postponing days and dates. On the day scheduled by the company I had to ask for a vacation permit from my work in order to receive and supervise the arrangements. I was waiting half an hour, an hour, an hour and a half and nothing that the company knew where the driver was with the tools and the product. I had to call insistently to then receive the answer that the driver had crashed and therefore they could not arrive that day (and it should be noted and I do not exaggerate when I say that it is the SECOND time that they gave me the same excuse of said accident ).

I have all the screenshots of the conversations to support my argument since it seems like a fantastic story of misfortunes, however, I am only going to attach that of the main work they left like this, thrown away and unimportant.

To date (January 2020) I have not received any attention to solve these failures. I have sent multiple messages and calls and I have simply been ignored.

I am totally indignant, surprised by the lack of professionalism, tired of having lost so much of my time, being behind this company looking to solve a problem that never came.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. I would absolutely not recommend to ANYONE to work with this company and the objective of my review hereby is for NOBODY to experience the lack of professionalism, non-compliance, and bad treatment of INTERNATIONAL KITCHENS as I have done.
