If I could give a zero rating I would...I purchased a brand new Honda Accord at the end of January from Cannon Honda in Vicksburg, MS... all of a sudden, my door stopped opening... the car has never been wrecked or damaged in any way...I took it to the dealership and the dealer that sold it to me did exactly what he was supposed to do and directed me to the service department... they told me it was nothing they could do and to take it to a body shop... my husband then called and spoke to the manager in the service department and he had me to bring it back Saturday and told me that he would get it to a body shop to see what was going on with it...I know it should be covered under warranty... the service department representative told me we would hear from them no later than Tuesday or Wednesday... they gave us a filthy Honda Civic to drive while they had my car... it was so filthy that they had to give me another one... the steering wheel sticks on this one... with all of that I was still cool, but what bothers me and the reason for this review is that today is Wednesday and my car hasn't left the parking lot since I took it there... nothing has been done and no one has contacted me... meanwhile, I have to be in Memphis this weekend and all i have is a 2016 Civic that doesn't function properly.
