I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BREAKFAST THAT LUCKY!

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BREAKFAST THAT LUCKY!
The staff are rude and unprofessional. Having the chance to have tried several steigenberger, service level, the Wiltcher is the worst!
Really disappointed with the quality of service and above all with the friendliness of the people who are more to clear and go home than to take care of their customers. (One of the pillars of luxury by the way).
