Paul Bunyan service is good by any measure, but just over the top outstanding by comparison with large utility city phone services. I cannot imagine why some others have complained about Paul Bunyan. I've had their service for many years on a seasonal basis. I have always found them friendly and willing to go to some extra trouble on my behalf if necessary.
