Terrible customer service - ordered a chair for my Dad's birthday. It didn't arrive on the delivery date or several days afterwards. After spending ages getting through to customer service I eventually found out the chair was actually not available and wouldn't be for weeks. They don't respond to online forms or emails and it took literally almost an hour to get through to someone on the phone. Still waiting for acknowledgement of the cancellation of my order and a refund. DON'T USE.
