It s been a nightmare. I scheduled for the washer repair and they charge a copay of $55. I take the day off for the service and they couldn t fix my washer due to them having to order the part. They schedule a follow up repair three weeks later only to find out they don t have the part. This is now a 2nd day of missing work without pay. This company only services on weekdays...BIG problem if you work M thru F. Now they offer a Saturday appointment only after complaining. Meanwhile I have laundry piling up and this company has no respect for people s time. Save yourself some grief and disappointment. Find a better company such as Sears where they schedule appointments for any day of the week! Not worth the hassle.
