The staff is friendly and the nurse practitioner (Arnella Brown) I've started seeing is wonderful. I'm looking forward to starting therapy, and I've heard good things about the therapist I will be seeing. There was an issue with one of my prescriptions, but it seems to be based on a miscommunication. I've had issues with the phone service before, but the last time I called I was actually able to get ahold of a receptionist and she took my information and got back to me with an update quickly!
