The level of talent and professionalism at Open Road Acura of Wayne is truly remarkable. You never expect to have an experience like this when visiting a car dealership. Dave, Fabio and Greg are quite possibly the best team i've ever encountered while buying/leasing a vehicle. I was referred to Dave through a close friend. Dave displayed close attention to detail through his many years of experience with the Acura team. My situation wasn't the best but Dave still welcomed me in with open arms, and did his absolute best to close a deal (which he did). Next, I was introduced to Fabio the General Sales Manager who went through every option available to me and made sure I 100% understood the terms. This has never been done in any of my experiences which ultimately put me in that bad situation mentioned earlier. Words can't express how much I appreciated the transparency, like I said, you just don't see this type of professionalism at other car dealerships. For the final steps, I was then introduced to Greg the Finance Manager who certainly knows his stuff. Greg sat me down and carefully explained the paperwork and additional add-ons such as tire/rim protection (definitely a must-have in NJ). Plus, he's super organized which says a lot. At the end of it all, Greg, Fabio & Dave all pulled together to make it happen. Dave then introduced me to the service team (also something you DON"T have the opportunity to do at other car dealerships). Joanna was a pleasure to meet and had a warm, welcoming smile. To end the experience, Dave went through each feature of the vehicle and thoroughly explained how each aspect works, also something that doesn't happen frequently at other car dealerships. Open Road team, thank you all for such an amazing experience, I truly don't think it could have gotten better. I'm looking forward to the next few years with this stunning car, but I'm also looking forward to continuing my loyalty with Acura afterwards, all because of you guys.
