We were accommodated in Golden coast. The hotel has a perfect location, 5 minutes from the beach. The water was incredibly clean and with a smooth entry without holes and a sharp change in depth. The hotel is large and with good cleanliness and beautiful gardens. The rooms are quite normal, but in my opinion do not correspond to the 5 stars. What we noticed is that they were not cleaned every day, but at least the beds were fixed and the bins were cleaned. The refrigerator was filled with mineral water, gas water and juices. . Regarding the staff, 80% were still angry and unkind, except for the reception and the canteen staff. The waiters in the dining room, without remarks, cleaned and serviced very quickly. The food was plentiful and varied. There was food and cold drinks at any time of the day. I do not recommend cocktails from the bar to the pool, because they invented them at the moment and could never make one cocktail twice ... I recommend on the last night before the day of departure to turn off the phones in the rooms and put the sign on the door, because the maids call or go straight in at 7.40 in the morning to wake the vacationers to leave the rooms earlier. Accordingly, we complained at the reception, as we tried to rest a little more, because we had a long drive away.
