Wanted to share my recent XS Media experience as an example of great service:

I'm on a residential fiber connection, and I noticed that my speeds were slow, about 80-100 Mbps down/up when I was paying for 1 Gbps. Called their service line and reached Alex, who had me do some troubleshooting. When that didn't work a ticket was escalated, and I was told I may receive a call later in the day, but likely would get a response in a few days. To my surprise I got a call back in about 30 minutes from Kyle. After a maybe 10 minute phone conversation, Kyle was able to identify the issue and resolve it, and my speeds wen't right back up to 1 Gbps. Great support from both Alex and Kyle!
