Take a step back into colonial days. A great place for older elementary children to visit and see what life was like in colonial days. Old Sturbridge is basically a village of original houses that were moved from their original location. Many of the horses have the "inhabitants" inside of them and they are full of information. Don't forget to stop at the blacksmith and watch him craft things with his forge! It is a lot of walking so not only would be tough on younger children but most of what the village is teaching would be lost. Recommended age 8+
