The Service at Imperial Ford is top notch! I would not trust my diesel F350 to anyone but Donny (Service Adviser) and Clay (Diesel Tech). They always get me in quickly, keep me up to date with the status, and fully explain any technical details. Clay is always happy to go for a ride with me so I can show him the issue. I purchased my truck at Imperial and opted to buy an extended warranty (CNA Agreement), which has proven to be a great investment. Imperial has always honored the extended warranty, and Donny takes care of everything. If my truck needs repair, it is just like it was under the Factory warranty and totally seamless. No questions asked. Thank you both. You always go above and beyond.
