Being new to the city I didn t know who to hire to install a security system. After referrals from a couple of people I contacted Telsco. Janine, the sales rep, was outstanding. She listened to my needs and made suggestions but did not try to oversell me. Heiko, the installer, was very patient and informative ensuring I was completely comfortable with my new system. This was a no stress experience and I feel safe and secure in my new home. Thank you Janine and Heiko.
