What can i say. booked accomodation for arrival at 5 pm. Nobody there...No instruction for self check in...Message bank states that they are closed due to covid and will hopefully reopen early in the new year. So I had to find somewhere esle to stay. On returning my phone call at 7.30pm I explained the situation. Deb advised they found my credit card in the carpark, so there was no question that I had shown up. The next day i was advised I had been charged the full rate as their booking agency had advised them to consider me a "No Show". Now I have to go through the time consuming and frustrating task of getting a refund for something that I never received. Clearly no desire to provide any support or customer service...be cautioned
