We were looking to replace my wife's aging car, we heard their commercial during a recent trip to Waco and I gave them a call. I called them on Friday evening and wanted the approval process to be completed and approved before we went to the lot as we live 2 hours away. I get a call Saturday morning that the approval was complete so we drove down. We were greeted at the door by Stephanie, and she was AWESOME. My wife was not sure what she wanted but Stephanie was patient and let her test drive multiple vehicles. When we finally decided on what car we wanted the process was quick. We got to the lot a 330 and were headed back to Waxahachie by 515. Stephanie and the whole staff at McCleod were awesome every step of the way.
