Never shop with this dealership again! worst customer service within Alberta. Sales is only care about who actually want to buy and they refuse to provide test drive if you just come for service. Totally retarded! existing customers are potentially future customers again...If they found your toyota wasnt purchased through them (I bought from Mayfield toyota), they would ask why and not quite happy.First time bad reputation is from My colleague went to buy a toyota Matrix but nobody was helping her and laughing about her for asking promotion, then she went to ford bought a focus instead; She came in during Dec and of course there are some Christmas incentives.....Try a different dealership or brand!
