We have had four apartments managed by Essex Properties for a number of years. In that time there has been quite a few staff changes but the overall quality of the property management team has been maintained. Recently two of our properties have been the responsibility of Penny Bailey , Property Manager, who has through hard work and a desire to work closely with the directors associated with the blocks , put in motion works that will greatly improve the appearance of the sites , whilst at the same time addressing some health and safety issues.
