There should be a zero star. Bottom of the barrel lawyers. Terrible customer service. Paid a collection only for it to show up on my report. When I inquired about it they told me my payment was taken months ago just not processed in accounting. They gave me a confo # !! Then told me these things happen! My score dropped 25 points bc they hire a bunch of dumbasses and apparently always will according to these review's! Scam artists and total scum.
