My wife and I spent more than 30 minutes in the showroom looking at several vehicles but yet no one acknowledged us. I noticed 2 sales managers sitting in their glassed off office and neither of them approached us either. So we left. I guess I will be looking for another Buick dealership. Hopefully they would be willing to earn my business.
