They have had my papers over a week when I just called to find out what was going on the owner kate was very rude. As well she does not know her business all to well she told me if I would have turned in all needed documents it would be done already but she is the one who told me what documents needed to be turned in the day I turned them in. They also told me I could not do a section 179 if I would not have known exactly what I needed they would have made me believe I could not do as such. Now she tells me to take my business elsewhere when asked how much longer and if I should have taken somewhere else. My grandpa has filed with mike here for years and years and I would have had everything worked out thanks guys for being so unprofessional now I have to find another company during this stay at home when they have had mine since last week!
