We check into our room and head on up. We get to the room number that they assigned us and open the door, walk inside, and are met with a room full of other people's belongings. Puzzled, my husband and I turn around and start to walk back to the front desk. About halfway down the hallway we are met with a very nervous manager who explain to us that they had already booked that room and they needed to get us a different room. My immediate thought is how lucky it is that we are good honest people and decided not to rob whoever is room that we walked into. The world is shady these days and that kind of stuff happens without a second thought, whoevers room we walked into got lucky that it was us and some not somebody else.

The manager leaves us waiting in the hallway and comes back with a couple keys for a room on a different floor. He is very nice & obviously flustered. Great customer service, but right from the beginning I was left feeling uneasy that somebody might be able to walk directly into our own rented room.

We get up to our newly assigned room and are happy that it seems to be vacant. The room itself is not overly impressive. It appears to be clean enough. The tv doesn't really work, no giant deal. Within the first few minutes, we realized the toilet in our room is clogged and we have to call a plumber up. The plumber comes very promptly and fixes the toilet, but at this point we're just feeling very inconvenience in general and we've only been at the hotel for 15 minutes total.

We decide to get out and find some food, so this is where we leave the room and then come back later. Upon Our return, we relax and try to get some sleep. Within an hour of laying on the bed, we both wake up with severe allergy attacks. Our chest is tight we cannot breathe, our eyes are watering, our throat feels like it's closing up. the bed itself was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a springy rock. We somehow make it through the night.

In the morning, we wake up incredibly exhausted and feeling sick. We leave the room as quickly as possible. Upon leaving the room, we immediately begin to feel better.

Night 2 of our stay comes around and we are absolutely stressed out about how we will rest in this terrible room. My husband speaks with the manager who we had interacted with the night before and explain to him that we're having a bad reaction in the room and asked if we can be moved to a different room. We are declined to this request because the hotel is booked up.

We go back to our room and attempt to rest. The symptoms seem to be kicked up a notch now and we are suffering. We try to rest just enough to be able to get in our car and drive home but we can't seem to get a wink of sleep with all of these physical symptoms the room is causing us to have.

Desperate for sleep and relief, we go out to our car in the parking lot and attempt to take a nap there. Yes you heard me right. We are napping in the parking lot of the hotel we have a rented room at.

As soon as we feel well rested enough to attempt our trip back home, we go back up to our room and pack everything for checkout. We go downstairs and just so happen to catch the continental breakfast at they are serving. It looks pretty from a distance but when we put the food on our plate it was pure garbage. They lost me immediately when the fruit dish they had out was completely sour and tasted fermented, it wasn't even edible.

Through the entire experience, the staff was very friendly and I'm sure they did everything that they could, but this was a absolutely terrible experience and I am not feeling it's a stretch when I say that staying at this hotel ruined my entire vacation.

Do yourself a favor, stay someplace else.
