By far the worst salon experience I have ever had....

By far the worst salon experience I have ever had. I went in for a balayage and it looked like nothing was done to my hair. I reached out to the stylist and the salon multiple times hoping they would help me out and fix the color for me but I was told they charge for color and not end results and to look for a new stylist instead after they charged me double of what I paid the first time I went. Maybe if I looked like their other clients I would of been taken serious.. waited days to hear back from manager and owner before writing this review but lesson learned. Word of advice if you re looking for a salon that actually cares about customer satisfaction i would keep looking.
