Very disappointed & frustrating to stay here. Calling me 3:30pm and asking if I'm still coming when check in is at 4pm. Never have had a hotel do that before. Staff is unfriendly never once was greeted or asked how my stay was. Had major issue with check in process and even bigger issue checking out!!
