We contacted Baker Communciations to deliver a short Emotional Intelligence and Behavioral Styles workshop in August 2018 in Austin, TX. The participants were ~25 members of the Extended Leadership Team of our professional services organization in the software/IT industry. Laura Hedger and William Behr were fantastic to work with. Laura helped tailor the engagement to our needs, and William adjusted the content and delivery to pack a lot of punch in just a few hours. Hats off to the BCI team!
