POTENTIAL BLACK MOLD & Horrible customer service!!! ROOM 2103. After informing Sean (manager) about the loud noise and water leaking from my bathroom ceiling..he refused to reimburse me for my two night stay. He offered to move me to another room, send an engineer to look at the leak, and leave a message for the general manager (requesting an approval for reimbursement). I told him I did not want to be moved nor did I want a message passed to his manager. (He had told the person he was helping before me he was going to be off for the next two days). Why should I be inconvenienced physically and financially.
