Purchased a 2015 (previously leased) Ford Escape less than a year ago with 27,000 miles. It's a lemon. One thing after another and of course the warranty doesn't cover anything.

The service department is awful due to both the poor costumer service and additionally (they have done this twice now) THE DAY before I'm schedule to drop my vehicle off to get repaired they have to reschedule on me. THE DAY BEFORE.

Aside from the fabulous sales experience (that's how they get you!) it has been an all around awful experience and headache .....
