Review of Silva Beach

Too bad to sound like a dissatisfied customer but ...

Too bad to sound like a dissatisfied customer but I prefer to tell the truth about this place:
- the beach has nothing to do with the one in the photos: concrete and very little sand
- Wifi is poor and inaccessible in most of the hotel
- there are multitudes of stray animals even in restaurants that are breaking the bank
- the shower in our room was damaged so that water was leaking leaving large traces on the floor
- the all-inclusive offer is not really total since many services and products are chargeable (bar, internet, balance for luggage, ...)
- excursions are much more expensive through the hotel than through the agencies opposite the hotel
- if you forget an object in the room, be sure that the Hotel will do absolutely nothing to help you find it
- there is no free deckchair since customers get up at 8 a.m. to put their towels on and reserve the whole day
