The food was amazing. The service was terrible and they have questionable business practices when it comes to gratuity. We had a party of 4, two couples. When we asked for checks the waitress asked if we wanted separate checks, we informed her we would do each couple together. When our waitress (who barely checked on us the entire time) delivered our checks we were astounded to see 18% gratuity already charged. One of our group recalled seeing on the menu that it said for parties of 5+ it would be charged. We asked our waitress and she informed us that it also included split checks for the 18%. It would have been WONDERFUL if the waitress had informed/reminded us of the automatic charge for splitting our checks. The service was not worth the 18%... our appetizer wasn t delivered till our food was so it came out cold and it took over 45 minutes for our food to be delivered AND as mentioned above, the waitress barely checked on us.
Very disappointed. It was a terrible way to end dinner, especially considering the food was so great.
