Don t usually write reviews, but these guys exceeded my expectations and I have pretty high standards.

Took my 2018 4Runner in to have factory head unit upgraded and subwoofer/amp installed. I originally choose Jackie Cooper because of the quality brands they sell and know they have been in business a long time. I had an idea what I wanted when I walked in the door, but after talking to their informative sales staff (Tristan) I decided to upgrade those choices a bit and after listening I couldn t be happier with his recommendations.

I read the reviews online about their customer service and couldn t agree more, but it was the attention to detail and quality of work that I was impressed with. This shop will treat your vehicle like it was their own. Not only did Tristan professionally install the items I purchased from them, but he cleaned up wiring from a previous stereo installer along the way. Vehicle looks stock, but sure doesn t sound like it. Can t say enough about the customer service, knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
